Our fusion!
As announced last year, we merged the companies Kai Plastics Frohn GmbH and Kai Plastics Tropen GmbH into Kai Plastics GmbH & Co. KG in Troisdorf. The latter assumes all rights and obligations without restriction. The merger will take place retroactively to January 1, 2020 and from April 1, 2020 we will then operate as 1 company with several locations.
What is also important for you:
There will be no change in the operational business! The locations will continue to operate as usual and all contact persons will continue to be available to you under the existing telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. In addition, Kai Plastics GmbH & Co KG will enter into all open contracts, so that all rights and obligations will be transferred to Kai Plastics GmbH & Co. KG. This means that there will be no change for you in the areas of receivables and deliveries.
In the administrative area, it will be necessary to transfer Kai Plastics GmbH & Co. KG as a new business partner in your ERP systems as of 01.04.2020.
