We turn our customers' ideas into reality and develop a wide variety of plastic components in our design department using 3D CAD in Solid Works based on sketches and drawings. We select the appropriate plastic and develop the mold design in 3D CAD.

Our latest innovation is the pioneering 1K foam technology that we have integrated into our production. This means that we can now apply the sealing material to your components with pinpoint accuracy. The type of material is almost irrelevant.

Toolmaking
Guarantee for first-class quality

In order to achieve optimum results in the production of plastic parts, we have our own toolmaking department. To ensure the high quality of our injection molds, we use state-of-the-art CNC production equipment. We manufacture tools from 75 x 75 mm to 600 x 800 mm.

Assembly
Full Service

We assemble our injection molded parts into finished assemblies and end products. Assembly ranges from manual small series to highly automated large series. We complete our injection molded parts with metal parts. We have modern pad printing machines at our disposal for marking the end products.
